Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nekwan Charitable Trust, we are committed to ensuring that every donation makes a meaningful difference. However, if you have any concerns or need to request a refund, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Donation Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds: Donations made to Nekwan Charitable Trust are typically non-refundable. However, we understand that there may be exceptional cases where a refund may be requested. Requests for refunds should be made within 14 days of the donation being made. Any donation made through a third-party platform may be subject to the platform’s own policies.

Processing Refunds: If your donation qualifies for a refund, we will process it within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

2. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

Cancellation Policy: If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel at any time. To cancel, please contact us at msnekwancharitabletrust@myyahoo.com, or through your account settings (if applicable). Once canceled, no further payments will be processed.

Effective Cancellation Date: Your cancellation request will take effect on the next billing cycle after it has been processed.

3. No Return of Goods or Services

Non-Refundable Goods: As our donations go towards helping people in need, there are no physical goods or services that can be returned. Refunds and cancellations only apply to monetary donations made for specific causes or campaigns.

4. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Non-Refundable Donations: Donations that have already been processed or distributed towards a specific cause are generally not eligible for a refund. This includes donations that have been used for purchasing educational materials, medical supplies, or any other resources for community support.

Ineligible Cases: If you made a donation that is part of a fundraising campaign or special event where funds were allocated in advance to that cause, we cannot issue a refund.

5. Change of Purpose/Donation Usage

Fund Allocation: Occasionally, the funds collected may be used for a different purpose that aligns closely with the original cause. In case of such changes, we will inform our donors and ensure that their contributions are directed toward meaningful projects that match their intentions.
